He\u2019s got a great voice and accent and an even better sense of humor! We had fun chatting it up. At first I thought he might have bursitis; it was pretty swollen a few weeks back. However, just some yellow fluid expressed with I+D, so I was pretty sure he had a cyst with some inflammation. You can see when I dissect it, it\u2019s actually a cluster of small cysts surrounded by thick white scar tissue from constantly grinding the elbow on hard surfaces. I was glad we could get it out for him.
