This is my Pilar cyst patient that has some of the thickest walled cysts you will see. You can see the yellow and white dried out cyst contents. You can see the mustard ball cyst (I posted a few weeks ago) I removed from his opposite shoulder had very moist “mustard-like” contents, but this one was extremely dry.
