Thanks to my patient for sharing his sessions. We do two separate sessions to get him clear. The second session will be coming soon. He had lots of imbedded pepper-like plugs on the nose, lips, cheeks, and forehead. He was a trooper; we did a lot of poking and squeezing, and he just kept going! As a clinician, it’s important after clearing out these pores to make sure they are using some type of topical retinoid to minimize the potential for refilling.
