This cyst actually had attributes of a Pilar cyst and an epidermal inclusion cyst in the same growth on the pathology report. Very unique growth indeed! It had pushed aside fat tissue and carved out a nice deep pocket on neck/scalp area. Thanks to my patient for sharing his procedure, his wife is a huge fan and brought her husband in! Thanks to them both for sharing his unique journey! I could see multiple lobules on the growth so it could have been two cysts had mashed together and made one large mass. Thanks for poppin by!
