DPOW with a firm blackhead lodged deep in the ear. A keratin pocket expressed just behind the ear pearl. Must see. Mr. PopZit 070226
The harder the keratin plug gets, the more itchy it can become. As it expands underneath the skin commonly a small cut needs to be made to increase the opening and express the contents as I did in this case.
