This is actually from 2021, thanks to my patient for sharing. It was fun talking with him. Perfect example of a lobulated cyst. Loculations are pockets sometimes separated by thin membranes in an abscess or large area with cellulitis. Lobulations are small lobules or pooched out areas from the main sac or growth, common in cysts or kidneys sometimes. You can see the lobules when I dissect the sac.
