Sometimes patients will not come in for a follow-up for a very long time. They run out of medication refills and come back for more. She is a young patient, and these extractions can be tender, and with many in a row, they can fatigue the patient. I try to watch closely, and if they are becoming fatigued, then we can have them back for another one. She’s actually doing great, and her retinoid is reducing the speed at which her pores refill. But every now and then coming in for an extraction session can make quite a difference. Thanks to my patient for sharing her journey!
